Ricoh Corporation introduced enhancements to DocumentMall, a Web-based solution that enables corporations to store, manage and share files through the Internet. The upgrades to this on-demand document management and collaboration software service enable DocumentMall to meet the needs of a wider range of customers, from the high-volume customer to the casual customer.
