Our other navigation links are focused on recent content (and conferences). This page provides links to older publications, some of which are still relevant, and some of which may be of historical interest to anyone interested in the topics we cover. Our focus has always been on strategies, technologies, and practices for creating, managing, and delivering what used to be called “unstructured data“, and is now typically referred to as “content”. The terminology has evolved from the days of “document management” and “electronic publishing“, to multiple uses of “fill-in-the-blank content management“, to variations of “fill-in-the-blank experience management”, to “omnichannel content” or “digital experience” platforms.
