Content Management Professionals (CM Pros), the international content management community of practice, announced that Optaros and Astoria Software will support its Spring 2006 Summit as the event’s exclusive sponsors. CM Pros Spring 2006 Summit will be held 23-24 April 2006, co-located with the Gilbane San Francisco event. Focused on the theme “Content Management and the Customer Experience,” this Summit – the fifth since the organization was founded in Fall 2004 – features three keynote sessions: Engaging Customers with Actionable Content by Bill Trippe of the Gilbane Group; Content Management in Call Centres: Delivering a Great Customer Experience by James Robertson of Step Two Designs; and Developing a Customer-Centric Model for Content Management by Ann Rockley, past president of CM Pros and president of The Rockley Group.
