Interwoven, Inc. announced an alliance with iManage to deliver a fully integrated collaborative document management solution for the enterprise. The solution, “Interwoven Collaborative Document Management Solution (CDM) powered by iManage WorkSite MP,” enables enterprises across a variety of industries to facilitate collaboration on projects and teams. The solution enables non-technical individuals to set up a “virtual” project workspace for teams quickly. Capabilities include: Collaboration – Shared project folders, calendars, e-mail discussion threads, task lists, and outstanding issues tracking; Document Management – Ad-hoc and highly-regimented document management according to established security protocols; and Reporting – Complete reporting capabilities on projects, documents, and workflow status, with out-of-the-box report views. Interwoven expects the new offering to be generally available by the end of Q1 2003. The new solution will be available worldwide and will be localized to English (US and England), French, and German.
