Artesia Technologies announced a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of TeamToolz. The agreement will allow the company to offer a marketing and brand management solution that includes workflow and collaboration features, brand resource management, budget tracking and digital distribution of marketing content – all integrated into a unified enterprise platform.
