Cambridge, MA , March 30, 2004. The Gilbane Report and Lighthouse Seminars announced that due to the exceptionally strong attendance and interest in the Gilbane Conference on Content Management held last week at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles, March 24-26, 2004, the event will be followed by a Fall conference to be held at the Westin Copley in Boston from November 30th through December 2nd.

“The 26 packed conference sessions and the excitement in the crowded technology showcase with 56 sponsors and exhibitors convinced us we were right to add a Boston conference,” Said Jeffrey Arcuri, VP and General Manager at Lighthouse Seminars, “it also proves the value of a focused event where IT and project managers, vendors, consultants, analysts, and developers all recognize the benefits of an interactive environment.”

“The Gilbane conference in LA has provided me with crucial information that I was looking for as my company rolls out its content management solution. I have been able to network with industry experts, the major content management technology players and other companies, like mine, that are faced with the challenge of effectively managing content,” said Angie Khumdee, Senior Software Engineer, Motorola CGISS E-Business.

“We are delighted with the strong show of support from the content management community for our LA event.” said Frank Gilbane, Conference Chair. “There is so much information to share about content management best practices and new content technologies that a second conference this year is necessary to help all of us in the community keep up with the changes and learn from the rapid growth of practitioner experience.”
