Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) announced that DocuShare Records Manager software has been certified as compliant under the U.S. Department of Defense Directive 5015.2 standard. Now available in the United States, DocuShare Records Manager helps customers address increasing industry and government regulations and stricter corporate guidelines for records retention. The DOD 5015.2 defines mandatory requirements for records management offerings and assures data is being stored according to government standards. DocuShare Records Manager software is an optional module for DocuShare, Xerox’s secure, Web-based enterprise content management software.
