(Nasdaq:IWOV) and Kofax (LSE: DCM.L) announced a deepened partnership through a new reseller agreement to provide enterprises with seamless integration of imaging and information capture capabilities with Interwoven ECM solutions. Under the new agreement, Interwoven will resell the Kofax Ascent Capture product, providing customers an ECM solution from a single vendor to reduce costs and improve efficiencies through the unified management of paper and electronic content. Under the reseller agreement, Kofax Ascent Capture will be integrated with Interwoven’s Web Content Management, Document Management, and Content Intelligence offerings.
