Jabber Announces Product Integration with WebEx

Jabber, Inc. announced plans to partner with WebEx Communications, Inc. to integrate WebEx meeting capabilities into Jabber, Inc.’s enterprise-class messaging and presence solution. Jabber, Inc. plans to introduce the integrated offering in the third quarter of this year. Jabber, Inc.’s Extensible Communications Platform (Jabber XCP) is based upon XMPP, the IETF-approved Internet standard for presence and instant messaging. Informative Graphics & McLaren to Integrate Viewing of Engineering Documents &amp Drawings for the Enterprise

Informative Graphics Corp. (IGC) announced that it has reached a technology partnership agreement with McLaren Software, the Scotland-based developer of Enterprise Engineer and engineering-focused, out-of-the-box content applications used in an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environment. As a result of the agreement, Informative Graphics has begun work on a full integration of its Brava! Enterprise visualization server for McLaren’s Enterprise Engineer suite, including Drawing Manager and CADLink. Captiva Signs PVA to Resell InputAccel

Captiva Software Corp. announced that it has signed a value-added reseller agreement with systems integrator PVA Inc., an Open Text Affinity Partner offering a range of Livelink-enabled content management and other customer network solutions. PVA will resell InputAccel, Captiva’s document capture solution, to government, insurance, financial and clinical research organizations. InputAccel is Captiva’s information capture system that transforms mission-critical data from paper and faxes into business-ready content.
