Tridion announced that it would begin shipping an updated version of its core product, Tridion DialogServer 4.4. The paramount improvement in version 4.4 is the internationalisation and localisation of the software. This version launches Tridion DialogServer as fully localised in 5 languages: English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. In addition to choosing the language of the interface, users can decide on a regional setting. This determines the way Tridion DialogServer handles sorting, number formatting, date formatting and validation. Language and Locale can be chosen on a per user basis and can be changed on the fly without interrupting the edit session. Microsoft SQL 2000 server has also been added to the list of supported platforms of Tridion DialogServer. www.tridion.com
