OAO Corporation and JetForm Corporation announced a strategic business relationship to integrate OAO’s electronic commerce (EC)/Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) technology and JetForm’s XML-based e-process framework. This effort enables companies to provide completely automated, open standards based EDI-to-XML interoperability for e-business processes such as request for proposals, electronic purchase orders, electronic invoicing and support.
