TSI International Software Ltd. announced it will acquire Novera Software, Inc. TSI Software is acquiring all of the capital stock of Novera for approximately 1.8 million shares of TSI Software common stock. In connection with the transaction, TSI Software will assume all outstanding Novera stock options in exchange for a maximum of approximately 350,000 shares of TSI Software common stock.
