Xerox Corp. and INSCI Corp. announced that the two companies have signed a strategic agreement whereby Xerox will incorporate and resell the INSCI suite of COINSERV enterprise digital transaction document archive and Web delivery products. Under terms of the agreement, Xerox will resell INSCI’s products initially within North America, with planned future expansion to other geographies.
