MesaView, Inc.announced the newest member of its Board of Directors, Scott Kadlec, former President of PC DOCS Inc. and Vice Chairman of PC DOCS Group International. Mr. Kadlec co-founded CMS Data Corporation a successful software developer of financial software for the legal market, in 1979. In 1990 he founded PC DOCS Inc., developer of the world’s most widely used document management software. PC DOCS Inc. was part of PC DOCS Group International Inc., which was a publicly traded company that was recently sold for approximately $200 million.
