Lockheed Martin today announced the integration of Formtek, A Lockheed Martin Company into its Integrated Business Solutions Company (IBS). Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Business Solutions Company will create a new business area focused on Formtek’s commercial software product FORMTEK:ORION, and services focused on the Integrated Document Management market. The new business area will be headed by Dennis M. Scanlon, vice president for Integrated Document Management Solutions, and will report to Gary P.
