Cambridge , MA , July 20, 2004. The Gilbane Report and Lighthouse Seminars announced the conference program for the Gilbane Conference on Content Management Technologies to be held at the Westin Copley in Boston, November 30 – December 2, 2004. The interactive 3-day event will include everything a project team needs to know, as well as a look ahead at upcoming technologies, “new” best practices, and a broad look at technologies necessary to supplement core content management applications.

The conference program is entirely focused on content technologies, and includes 24 educational sessions covering today’s most critical issues for businesses planning or implementing a content management strategy. The program is organized into 6 tracks so attendees with specific interests can easily organize their itinerary. The tracks are: Content Management, Enterprise Search & Knowledge Management; Document & Records Management; Enterprise Information Integration; Digital Asset Management; and Content Technology Works Best Practices and Case Studies.

The conference faculty consists of the widest collection of recognized authors and experts in content technologies available anywhere, combined with speakers from organizations representing many vertical industries who have successfully implemented content technology applications.

“The Gilbane events have had great success on the West Coast and in Europe.” said Jeff Arcuri, VP and GM of Lighthouse Seminars, “We are excited about answering the demand for an East Coast event with an expanded conference in our home city of Boston.”

“Content technologies are critical components of most business applications today.” said Frank Gilbane, Conference Chair & CEO of Bluebill Advisors, “Our expanded program is designed for business and IT strategists who are concerned with a range of enterprise applications as well as project managers with a specific content management requirement.”
