WorkLight Announces WorkBook, a Secured Facebook for the Enterprise

Adobe Introduces LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES)

Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) introduced Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES). LiveCycle ES integrates the capabilities of Adobe Flex and PDF technologies, while leveraging the reach of Flash Player and Adobe Reader to enable “customer engagement” applications that connect people inside and outside organizations to internal information and processes. LiveCycle ES includes solution components to build, manage and optimize business critical customer-facing processes. Organizations can use wizard-like Form Guides and Flash-based graphics to change the way users interact with the process of providing, or receiving information online. Once data is captured, LiveCycle ES automates the processing of that data, including integration with rules engines, data stores, and Web services. LiveCycle ES also provides customers with enhanced data output capabilities such as interactive dashboards and dynamic, high-volume print solutions. Additionally, LiveCycle ES offers rights management, document certification, and digital signatures capabilities to help organizations protect sensitive information. Allen Systems Group to Acquire Mobius

Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBI) and Allen Systems Group, Inc. ("ASG") announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which ASG has agreed to acquire Mobius for $10.05 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the second or third calendar quarter of 2007. The completion of the merger is subject to approval of Mobius stockholders, clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Anti-Trust Improvements Act and other customary closing conditions. Mobius will solicit stockholder approval for the transaction at a special meeting, subject to the mailing of a definitive proxy statement. Upon completion of the transaction, Mobius will continue as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASG. Mitchell Gross, co-founder, President, Chairman and CEO of Mobius, and Joseph J. Albracht, co-founder and a director of Mobius, have entered into a voting agreement with ASG pursuant to which they have agreed to vote all of their shares (collectively representing approximately 47.8% of Mobius' outstanding shares) in favor of the transaction. Salesforce.com acquires Koral and Announces Salesforce Content Management

Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) introduced Salesforce Content, an expansion of its platform and application strategy for managing and sharing all business information on demand. Apex Content, a major new extension to the Salesforce platform, will enable the creation of content-based applications. Salesforce ContentExchange, a new on-demand application built on the new platform technologies, will enable customers to manage their documents and other unstructured data on demand as they manage their structured data within the existing Salesforce CRM applications. Apex Content and Salesforce ContentExchange will be based on technology acquired from Koral Technologies. Salesforce.com acquired Koral in March 2007. Terms were not disclosed. Apex Content will provide a content platform that will fuel Salesforce applications, including AppSpace, Salesforce PRM, and Salesforce Wealth Management Edition. With Apex Content, developers will be able to create new kinds of content applications. The first application to be built on Apex Content will be Salesforce ContentExchange. Salesforce ContentExchange will help companies store, share, find and manage the business information that currently lives in documents, emails and HTML, while keeping all users and content in sync. Salesforce ContentExchange will take community participation, tagging, recommendations, subscriptions, and an AJAX user interface and apply them to enterprise content management. Interwoven Records Manager Receives U.S. Department of Defense 5015.2 Certification

Lyquidity Solutions announced the availability of the software development kit (SDK) for ComplyXL.
