Attensity Announces E-Service Version 6.1

Attensity Group announced Attensity E-Service Version 6.1. The new release includes a set of service templates designed to address technical service and support requirements for complex products, as well as the offerings of consumer-focused companies. The 6.1 release combines: Best practices, gathered from numerous customer installations, that cover a broad spectrum of customer care scenarios; Standard interfaces that integrate with existing CRM, legacy and other systems; and expansion of the guided diagnostic features.
