Jive Software announces the launch of their enterprise-class, Social Business Software application suite - Jive SBS 3.0. Jive SBS 3.0 is a suite of social business applications that is purpose-built for Global 2000 enterprises. It allows teams of people from inside and outside of the enterprise to connect, communicate and collaborate. Jive SBS 3.0 introduces four application centers: Employee Engagement, Marketing & Sales, Customer Support and Innovation. Jive SBS 3.0 also bridges internal employee collaboration with external partner and customer communities into a single application suite. The Jive SBS Employee Engagement Center brings employees together to break down silos, resolve conflict, speed productivity, make decisions and capture institutional knowledge. The Jive SBS Marketing & Sales Center engages companies with their customers to build brand awareness, create leads and convert sales, and allows sales and marketing teams to share ideas, content and connections more easily. The Jive SBS Innovation Center drives the creative collaboration with customers and partners. The Jive SBS Support Center builds a system of knowledge capture and peer support in order to quickly solve problem.
