Xerox Docushare Enters into OEM Agreement with Autonomy

Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU. or AU.L) announced that Xerox Corporation has entered into an OEM agreement with the company. The new license will allow Xerox to integrate Autonomy's Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL) technology into its DocuShare enterprise content management (ECM) platform. Xerox DocuShare users will experience search performance with higher volumes of content, as IDOL can support millions of documents in all file formats, and scales to support largest enterprise-wide and portal deployments. The IDOL server also eases search index maintenance.
