Doccenter Launches Controlled Document Collaboration Solution
DOCCENTER, developers of document management service solutions, announced DocLanding, which leverages software-as-a-service (SaaS) to allow individuals and small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) to centralize, manage, search, share and unshare their documents. DocLanding is a solution that provides a platform for controlled collaboration at home, work and play. After scanning or uploading documents, DocLanding allows users to electronically file, search and retrieve information, and share it with anyone. DocLanding is designed for the average user, leveraging an intuitive graphical user interface. Additionally, users can customize their POINTs or Personal Information Terminals, to reflect the way they organize and classify information. With one password, a user can access their files and documents, as well as the POINTs of others. DocLanding offers an annotation tool with the ability to black out or redact sensitive words or phrases plus features such as document deskewing and despeckling. Additional security features include the ability to apply watermarks and to control viewing and check out privileges. Even financial and health documents can be confidentially shared and accessed. DocLanding also allows the preview of many popular file types, such as the Microsoft 2007 Office Suite and Photoshop, without having the software installed. Documents can also be "locked" to prevent accidental deletion or movement. http://www.doccenterinc.com

Thanks for the nice post. Just wanted to report a busted link. The company URL for DOCCENTER is not www.doccenter.com. That takes you to a downed page. The correct company URL is www.doccenterinc.com.
Thanks,
Will
