Equilibrium announced a strategic technology partnership with Extensis, a software developer that allows creative workgroups and professionals to streamline their workflow and securely manage their digital assets and fonts. In this technology partnership, Extensis will OEM Equilibrium's MediaRich Graphics engine for integration into a future release of Extensis Portfolio Server. The MediaRich engine will offer a more stable, scalable and faster solution while providing overall improved imaging capabilities from Portfolio and also add accelerated support of new file types and self service media processing capabilities in the future.
