CrownPeak Announces Integrated Support for Google's Open Social

CrownPeak announced its web Content Management software as a service (SaaS) now supports many of the new social networking standards, especially Google's Open Social, Google Gadgets and other content published for inclusion on social networking sites such as Salesforce.com, Ning, orkut, Facebook, MySpace, and others. A city magazine publisher, for example, can publish a Google Gadget of the top ten rated restaurants from their magazine, and their subscribers could include this content on their own portals, blogs, communities or social networking profiles. Or, CrownPeak customers wanting to create their own social networking communities can utilize low cost alternatives to communities such as Ning or Orkut and have fully integrated content, completely managed by CrownPeak CMS. Social networking sites that have announced their intention to support Open Social include LinkedIn, MySpace, Ning, Oracle, orkut, Plaxo, Salesforce.com, Six Apart, Tianji, Viadeo, and XING.penSocial. http://www.crownpeak.com
