Xythos Delivers New Product Suites Address Content Collaboration and Process Automation

Xythos Software announced Xythos Enterprise Document Management Suite (EDMS) and Digital Locker Suite (DL) 7.0. The new software suites feature enhanced business process automation and interoperability features, as well as support for popular Web 2.0 social networking features such as Wiki's, blogs and content tagging. Xythos' enhanced JSR-170 Level 2 support enables organizations to centralize content and metadata from multiple applications in a common storage repository. Full specification interoperability also allows the Xythos system to become a repository of record which can read and write to and from other enterprise applications such as the enterprise ERP, human resources applications and learning management systems. Xythos has redesigned the Xythos EDMS 7.0 user interface to add a Web 2.0 functionality including Ajax right-click menus and customizable content and metadata views.
