SurfRay Acquires Mondosoft

SurfRay announced the acquisition of Mondosoft. Covering DB systems, Internet, intranets and extranets, SurfRay offers solutions to almost every technical environment. The new combined company will continue to support all Mondosoft customers. Existing contracts may be extended without changes. All current Mondosoft employees will continue in their existing positions. SurfRay will separate Mondosoft into an independent business unit. This separate entity will be completely focused on extending and enhancing search in the burgeoning SharePoint market.
