Recommind Unveils Axcelerate eDiscovery

Recommind introduced Axcelerate eDiscovery. This product assesses responsiveness, privilege and issue relation before the review process begins, helping to reduce the amount of time required to organize and conduct document review and analysis and to increase review accuracy and consistency. Recommind's Axcelerate eDiscovery offers automatic First-Pass Review of an entire document collection and One-Click Coding of documents. Axcelerate eDiscovery's One-Click Coding feature makes a computer-generated judgment, with confidence score, about each document's relevance, responsiveness, and privileged nature. Axcelerate eDiscovery offers law firms and enterprises document culling and filtering of virtually all document types, including both structured and unstructured data. The solution automatically filters duplicates and near-duplicates between and across custodians and parties, and offers contextual email thread analysis. The product's early case assessment tools then automatically extract key documents, people, phrases and concepts of interest, helping attorneys and paralegals understand the contents of a document collection, regardless of its size, before the review process has even begun. Other features include its automated "find all like this" functionality, which uses the system's conceptual search engine to quickly locate similar documents to a sample document of interest, whether a particular keyword was used frequently, occasionally or not at all, and the system’s ability to "learn" across all users by incorporating myriad reviewer responses directly into the automatic coding and review mechanism. Axcelerate eDiscovery is available immediately from Recommind and through Recommind's network of litigation support provider partners. http://www.recommind.com
