ClearStory Systems, Inc., announced the availability of Enterprise Media Server (EMS) OEM Edition, a Java EE digital media services engine for software developers and software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers. Through this new offering, providers of digital media-centric applications and workflow solutions will have direct access to ClearStory's media services platform for the development of digital media applications. ClearStory is now offering a new and comprehensive software development kit (SDK), access to ClearStory resources, and dedicated technical support to OEM partners such as independent software vendors (ISVs), SaaS, and media service providers, to deliverand develop new or enhanced digital media applications on the ClearStory EMS platform. EMS allows partners to embed digital asset management services into their applications, such as taxonomy management, cataloging and rendition management, media processing and transformation services, delivery services, and repository management. http://www.clearstorysystems.com
