Gilbane Report Blog
We've joined the blogosphere as a group! Our weblog will complement our news coverage and reports at gilbane.com with a more dynamic interactive channel for communication with the content technology community.
Because he is already a practiced blogger, our first entry is a pointer to a post on Bill Trippe's own blog at http://www.nmpub.com/blog/, where he references some of Bill Rosenblatt's end-of-year thoughts on DRM.

Bill's pointer to GiantSteps' commentary is a good one.
I believe we'll see ECM vendors partnering with DRM vendors before they acquire. At this point, are there any DRM vendors that have either a technology or customer base that would represent a strategic advantage if owned?
Authentica is the most likley case, but I'm not sure that at this point one could say that there is a big upside of owning them, when Adobe is bearing down.
